I first reached out to Truoba to receive an itemized list of the build, and one of their team members followed up almost immediately. It wasn’t an automated response either. It was an email providing me how long it would take to break down the project and when I’d have the document in hand. Sure enough, they responded back a couple days later, as expected, with the parts for the project. It was refreshing that they set proper expectations and delivered on time.
When purchasing the Truoba mini 222 plans, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail within the plans! There’s been a lot of consideration put into their drawings that has saved me a lot of upfront hassle when receiving bids, and reduced any uncertainty from the process.
I love the style of the buildings and the design. I’m at the beginning of my project and if it continues to go well, I’ll be purchasing another set of plans for my next project.
