“Building a custom home is a huge undertaking, but working with Truoba made it exciting and fun. I was instantly drawn to Truoba’s architectural style. I loved the modern look and appreciated the warm and functional designs. I particularly liked that the homes felt fresh and not cookie-cutter. Ignas internalized our wish list and was very responsive to our requests for changes. We truly got the home of our dreams. We wanted a home in which we could age in place, where we could entertain and socialize, but with separate areas. Our main living is all on one floor – there are no stairs to the entrance, doors are wide, and we have zero entry showers. A foyer gives separation and privacy and a mudroom is accessible from the garage and primary bedroom, making laundry and organization a breeze. Downstairs we have a guest suite, complete with living area, patio, bathroom and bedroom. The house flows well and is beautiful but cozy. We wake up every morning and can’t believe how lucky we are to live in this home.”
